scene_set_dirty
Marks as dirty some parts of the scene which will be recomputed.

- "block" : Boolean (default: false)
(Optional) A boolean flag indicating if the scene access is a blocking operation, defaults to false.
- "flags" : Uint32 (default: 0)
Flags indicating which parts of the scene should be marked dirty. Valid values are a combination of the following: 0: no elements; 1: instance transforms.
- "scene_name" : String
The name of the scene. This is the name under which the scene is stored in the database.
