This command has been deprecated. Please consider using mdl_get_argument instead.
Returns the whether an argument has a function attached or not.
arguments
- "argument_name" : String
The name of the argument to retrieve.
- "element_name" : String
The name of the MDL material instance or function call to retrieve the attachment from.
