get_time_stamp
Returns a time stamp string. The string is opaque; it is not meaningful except for when calling export_elements or has_changed_since_time_stamp. It is also only meaningful for the current neuray instance and cannot be put into external storage and re-used for different or later neuray instances.A opaque string useful when calling other commands.
